Steps to Initiate a Return:

- Inform us within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Share an unpacking video clearly showing the damaged or incorrect product.
- Products can only be returned within 7 days if they are found to be defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received in its original condition and packaging.
